Silver Creek has moved to an online registration format. Please visit the link below to register. An automated email will generate once it has been processed.
PLEASE NOTE - If your student has been designated to come to Silver Creek by one of our middle schools (Chaboya, Leyva, or Quimby Oak), no supporting documents are required but you are still encouraged to register online so we may have all of your contact information.
IF YOU HAVE RECENTLY MOVED to the Silver Creek Area, all supporting documents listed below are required to complete your registration. After completing your online registration, you may drop off stapled copies only of your supporting documents to our front office, Monday-Friday from 8:00 am - 12:00 pm. Please be sure to label your copies with your online application # and your student's name.

For Renters: Complete District Residency Form, Provide A Copy Of Lease Agreement And/Or A Notarized Letter Of Residency, Plus 2 Other Bills In The Parent/Guardian Name (Phone, Credit Card, Dmv, Car Insurance, Etc.)
